i cant say about the stones, but vitamin E(either sqeezed out of capsules or from a bottle of liquid vitamin e) is very helpful with my psoriasis, helps heal cracks quickly(actually they stopped happening after starting usage) and eventually really thins the areas, getting rid of scales and making the skin, nice and soft.
