IF you have had bloating for 20 years maybe you need to take it slowly. In smaller dosage. Higher dosage can cause expulsion of too much too soon and cause pain and discomfort.

But again I am wondering, not everything may work for everybody.

Naturopathy says "one cure cures all". Thats means, root cause of all diseases is accumulation of waste in our body. And the cure is simple. Remove that accumulated waste from the body by all means.
