Don't look in the sun you will go blind. Look it up, I sure you'll find it somewhere and if you can't. I'll find it for you. Positive ions are good for the body, negative ions are bad. Positive ions are produced by running water, the ocean, waterfalls,ect and even those little fountains that you put in your house. Sunlight is good for you, just not to the point of getting burned and looking at it is really bad for your eyes. The best water protocol I've found is to drink three or four ozs every half hour, plus if you have coffee twice the amount of water as you have had coffee. To tell if you are getting enough water pinch the back of your hand, if the skin takes longer than 2 seconds to go back down then you need water.
