The raw food diet can create a serious sodium/potassium (or yin/yang) imbalance if you're not careful.
Most fruits, nuts, and mild vegetables are more on the potassium side. The few raw foods that are on the sodium side are dark green leafy vegetables (collards, kale, mustard greens), celery, and olives. Salt isn't really a food, but it's also a good source.
This isn't necessarily your problem, but if you are fairly healthy (no high blood pressure, not seriously overweight) it's very possible. Personally, I have fairly low blood pressure, so if I don't get enough sodium I start to feel the weakness and lightheadedness after a few weeks.
Hope you feel better! :)
