Hey Laura,

I used to think my circles were real dark...at least to me...until well intentioned friends (lol yeah right) told me about them. "Didn't you sleep well last night?" Ahhh well, I do expect from everything I am and have been doing there has to be some kind of stage where it gets worse before it gets better. :-)That is what I am telling myself anyway!

As for the Redmonds, would that be available at any health food store? I will be going near a Whole Foods on Tuesday and could stop and check it out. After reading the link that Molly sent me to, I think I may not get the full effect of the water, as I thought I had.

Just want to say thanks to everybody for sharing their experiences and knowledge! It helps to have someone to ask about differnt things!
