I will not negate the hidden dangers, yet, especially in the case of the people on this clip, they were informed. They lived the desired outcome, for however short of a period and yet, they chose to do something different.
It still goes back to: "Although, it does come back to choice. Everything that we do, that occurs in our life, is a choice. As brutal as that sounds, it is."
Also, while living at home as a young person who is dependent, there might be a harder task at living healthfully. When a person is no longer dependent on their parents, it becomes their choice.
I will not say stopping addictions, from food or whatever 'poison of addiction' one has, is an easy task. Yet with "the faith of a mustard seed", one can move mountains.
