I drink (just started) water with lemon, to get more of it down. Can I do this with the salt? Also, what is the purpose of the salt? I mean I know (from reading on CZ) that the salt is not like table salt but exactly how does the water with salt, 'hyrdrate' you?

Also, I know about pop. I most often give it up for Lent and keep it gone for even longer but I had previously, and up until I found this forum, been going through issues with sugar...really wanting it. I had something arising that I was not willing to look at and 'hid it with sweets'. I have cut back considerably and when I get the Humaworm, will stop. I promised myself this...as well as all White Sugar !
