I put in maybe 1/4 c as I am reducing the recipe. The smell is already abating, I'm sure that it will cook off. Reminds me of the first time I cooked w/wine. I also added potatoes & garlic. numsy...
I think I'm gonna turn it into soup tomorrow. I love soup!
