Let me be the first here to say Good for you! And hope you stay that way.I hope somehow humaworm will have positive effects for my weight too. I have been underweigth since i was 10. I also have Psoriasis. I hope it will also work for that.

what was your daily basis of food. (what did you eat) or did you had a diet. please tell me all about it
