Wow...what did your chiro DO to you that you had to go to the hospital?

I stopped seeing mine cause she did a "very gentle move" (her words) that resulted in my not being able to lift my arm and turn my neck at all for 3 hours! (I thought I was paralyzed).

Did you have tingling 2 yrs ago and did it go away?

I am so SORRY about the tingling you have now. Mine just got a bit worse after teaching my kids a new song (I am a music teacher...I was bopping up and down..and immediately felt pain) and then more tingling...although mine is only my hands and feet....but uncomfortable.

Thats pretty amazing after 6 months you could exercise like that considering what you have been through! (I get tired after a 50 minute walk!)

I wish I had stronger abs and back muscles..I'm not sure when I should start strengthening them.

Do you have kids? I CAN'T imagine going through that or what I am with having to take care of little ones.

I actually am wishing the days away...I can't wait until June (thats our vacation) Just the stress and pressure the body uses when I am working is tough.

Its great you found a great naturopath. I cant believe the coca-cola...BUT 3 years ago I used to drink a 2 liter of diet sprite a day!


I feel my neck and back pain will go away (at a SLOW pace) Just concerned about the tingling as my MRI says I have nerve impinging on my spine.
