I've seen Supersize Me and thought it was irritating and pseudointellectual, plus his girlfriend was being a stereotypical high and mighty veg*n. I like Raw for 30 because the people are actually shown making personal choices. That's what health is all about. Personal choices. Although I heard a podcast by Bruce Lipton and he said most of the people that were at Tree of Life have gone back to poor eating. I wish Cousens would shake a leg and put it out on DVD.
