Dear Far,

At the top of the forum page, there are links labeled "R," "RN," "Description," and "BSA." If you read through those you will get a good idea of what to do and what to expect.

I would steer clear of peanut and especially corn. Olive has worked for many. I am currently a fan of the very cheap safflower.
