wombat, thanks for the advice. i have for a period of time taken omega 3-6-9 supplements. but it didn't last. it's so overwhleming sometimes because there are so many things to try, and i end up not sticking to something that i'm doing and go on to something new because i don't have faith that it'd work.

but i'll try the omega supplements again. it doesn't have to be udo's, does it?

the eczema is a new issue for me. it only started about a year or two ago and it's getting worse...

it wasn't even mucus it brought up, but big chunky gunk! gross, but i don't know if it had anything to do with OP. sore throat as well.
