thanks for your thoughts. I know I dont need mg because I took TOO much of it for five years to overcome insomnia, caused me a major calcium deficiency and weird dry/burning skin symptoms (you had this problem too right?). Im still replentishing calcium stores and mg doesn't cause the extreme symtoms anymore but I know that I dont need mg right now.
Perhaps if one takes sea salt without sufficient water it could lower blood pressure?
