It all depends on your past usage. Do you smoke every six months or everyday. I read that the average span of THC in the urine is 3-4 days in an occasional user. Do not start exercising to sweat it out that only secretes in higher amount. Do be lazy for the next few days, and eat alot of fatty food. Now I also learned that it does no good to try and flush it out of your system with tons of water, days before the test. It all depends on the test you are taking too. Is it a DOT test? I would suggest going down and buying a home test kit to see how strong your showing then go from there.
