no i have not tried that have never heard of that. and yes i first started having problems when i lost my husband in a car accident in 1999. i had three small children and it was very hard. but the doctors attributed it to that at first but it has been seven years and bp has gotten horribaly worse the past few years. thank you for responding to my post. i will check into the valerin tincture. thank you very much!!
