I did oil swishing (now called oil pulling) seven or eight years ago.  I did it for several months and found no particular benefits.  I started once again because I have some plaque on my teeth and wanted to see the effect on that.  It's working on removing the plaque and I will continue it for that, but I have found no other benefits.
