this is true. if this resonates with someone and they want to try it, that is correct. OP is all about cleaning up the blood. the kidneys are a filter, a very discriminatory one. it filters out those things not wanted(toxins) and not needed(good stuff in abundance). perhaps the most effective mechanism of urine therapy is not the reingesting of the good stuff but the homeopathic influence of reingesting the toxins. if one does wish to try it, a very little should go a long way.

obey nature. urine is most definitely supposed to come into contact with the lower extremities in small amounts.
