Great link, as usual!!!! I'm putting together a shopping list of stuff that I should be getting the next time I get to the supplement store. I'll put this on my list, too.

What about cayenne oil? Is there such a thing and can it be added to...flax seed oil for pulling purposes?

Honestly, I'm an absolute newbie at this stuff, and I'm almost overenthusiastic about it! Wait a tick....how can one be "overenthusiastic" about their own health? Nebbermind....
