Grz, on a really positive-effects, note, I have spread the "rumour" of the benefits of OPing to my ceramic and artist friends. Some think I'm loony, to which I reply, "I know!" Others are actually interested! In fact, cayenne pepper came up in one discussion and I sure would like to know more about THAT!!!!
