Hi Mama Crow,

I have always met resistance anytime I mention cleansing, parasites, flushes and now oil pulling, but I learned a long time ago that I could care less.

My husband listens to me, but he continues his lifestyle. Now, on the golf course, if any of his buddies has a health problem, I am the first person they call to ask what they need to do to make the health issue go away.

My family, more or less, rolls their eyes, when I mention what I am doing health wise. These same people, whom I love dearly, would make fun of my grandmother years ago. She was a pioneer in natural health. But, she lived a long and healthy life.

People I come in contact with at work are pretty much the same way. I have converted a couple of people, but most just don't want to change.

Most people want to continue their destructive habits and then when a health problem comes along, they cry the loudest wanting to be healed immediately by their doctor.

So, expect remarks, but if it's something you truly believe in, do NOT be swayed by negative thinking.
