Sincere thanks for your advise. I will try the Castor Oil, I know nothing about TCM herbal plasters but I will track down a Chinese med. practictioner as Im willing to try anything. My naturopath told me about Gary Young (who healed himself with natural medicine from being a paraplegic when the doctors gave him no hope, now he runs marathons)..So Im on a mission to heal myself with the help from Angels like you advising me!
