It's my last day of a 21 day Master-Cleanse - I think I am going to try for 40 days in the spring. As Pepe has noted, after about day 14 or 15, you get on autopilot and it's really not hard.

I feel really good today. Yesterday I felt sort of sickish and headachey, but I went to bed early and work up feeling fabulous.
