I just went in my local Holland & Barratt and asked for Grapfruitseed Extract, came home and realised it's Grapefruit Pectin Fibre!

I phoned and was told I can have a refund and that they don't do the Grapefruitseed Extract. Can anyone tell me the difference and is it worth me taking this one, bearing in mind I havn't got much money so don't want to waste it?
