WOW that is a TON of calcium! Thanks! So I had it backwards thinking I needed more magnesium. hhhmmm. So 1:5 meaning 1 mag for every 5 calcium right? And I have checked out them mins you and FF take. Thanks for testing me on it!
You know it makes me wonder I was probably wrong about Solarays Calcium Citrate. Can you tell me if that actually does work for me? It is 1000mg each cap of citrate.
I would like not to go broke of course if possible.
