The best thing for me was cutting out pasturized homoginized cow's milk and it's dairy products.
I react worse and worse to this poison! My scalp will just itch and flake something awful, with the psoriasis. I get sinus and ear reactions immediatly with infections within days.
My joints and bones ache. I have muscle weakness. On and on.
Staying away from milk is my best bet.
