I have done so much cleansing over the years that
by the time I notice the first symptoms of parasites,
and do a cleanse, there isnt anything crawling out
my backdoor, but rather, I have found most of the
remains have been liquidated by my system. What you
will notice is the reduction if not cessation of
symptoms, for me, swiping under my nose, pulling
on my ear, and brittle finger nails. If my finger
nails are strong, I know I am doing good.

Especially that your immune system took a major hit
this last October, I would be also taking some
herbs which can help amp up your immune system
and strengthen it. These for me, include Essiac,
Olive leaf, and I am also trying out a Cat's Claw
combination from Nature's sunshine which contains
echinacea and astragalus. There are others but
certainly cleansing needs to be alternated with
rebuilding and so that will be my focus for the
next 4-6 months. Liver Flushing will also be
included since I am still working to "come clean"
and produce a happy liver and gallbladder.

Some of the other things Pepe suggested are great.
I love Source of Life liquid vitamins and minerals
and do use Goji Juice, again, another immune system
enhancer. I am still in love with Blackstrap
Molasses and believe a tablespoon of it at bedtime
helps me sleep well. Oil-pulling is the newest
fun self-treatment. Again, like Pepe said, the
testimonials are plentiful. I see *pink* more than
anything too with pulling. I do it once or twice
a day but want to do it more...experiment with
different oils. Ingesting plant oils is also
important to keep everything *lubed* up. As far
as alkalizing, the blackstrap molasses in some
apple cider vinegar would help. I just got an arm
full of books on clay and will be using clay and
diet to keep alkalized...also grapefruit seed extract.
Your acid reflux is a red flag though so keep it
kicking and before you know it...you will feel
better. Here is a chart which gives detail to foods
which are acidic and alkalizing. It could be as simple
as getting in a good mix...

Post-MCing, it can take work to keep hydrated but
it will really help, with your cleansing and your
rebuilding.

I wish you success in your healing adventure~!

blessings,
Zoe
