Thanks for the supportive insight...!!! I have always thought about doing a 40 Fast but I talk myself out of it mostly because of other people's opinions. I agree that it is more important to think about what is positive and at the same time as I make positive changes I can't help but spread that to the people around me. They of course think I am foolish & extreme to fast the way I do.

It helps to hear about the chemical changes that occurs in going further. Of course who wouldn't want to experience this? I genuinely appreciate your reply and will continue on my fast.
