Hi all,
I was just wondering if it is safe to drink kombucha if you suffer with candida?
With it being produced from a fermented culture i was curious if the culture increases candida?
Kombucha is great for my constipation pangs, but maybe not so good for candida!
Thanks in advance for any advice....all your great tips really help people with less knowledge :-)
Bex.
After reading afew past posts in this forum i see that kombucha isn't a bad thing to take if you have candida :-)
I make my own, but i donot use black tea...instead i use rooibos tea (which has no caffeine) and it tastes beautiful! So would this be kefir?
Thanks all!
