I was having dizzy spells, where I felt as though I had lost my sense of equalibrium. One was so bad I had to leave work that day (I am a school bus driver). It felt as though my brain stem had seperated from my spinal cord, or a least that is the only way I can think to describe it, everything went sideways for a second, then I felt as though I couldn't regain my balance.

I have a friend who has MS, she told me she had had the same sort of dizzy spells before she was diagnosed.

After a while I realized that everytime I drank diet soda especially large quantities ie. fast food serving, I would get dizzy.

Now I try to avoid it but it's everywhere. It does not have to say "sugar free" it may just say "light" or "no cal" so read the ingredients on everything!

I also have a friend who drank crystal light instead of water when she was pregnant. now her little girl has seizures but the doctors cant find a cause.
