Good for you, Cathy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Will he be doing any time?  Are you in a secure place?  Does he know where you live/work?  Have you considered changing residences (if you rent, that is)?  If you need to change a rental property, most courts will be able to waiver any fees that might result if you're relocating as per a convicted, violent offender.
