Do an Inet search on olive oil... visit the oil pulling forum here. I eat at least 2 oz of oil a day and most always closer to 4 ounces... olive, coconut, fish, cod, flax, hemp, real organic butter.

I am 51 year old male and I have women years younger than I telling me they wish they had my skin...
