yup, i agree. i follow the caveman cuisine. i eat what our forefathers did. i eat a lot of meat, mainly venison, buffalo and organic beef, no grains except rice, vegetables and fruit (organic as much as possible). i am human, so i have an occassional food that is garbage and should never be produced. i try to avoid MSG like the plague, so i make almost all i eat, as opposed to eating out. show me an ill person (with no teeth problems, of course), and i will show you someone who hangs out at dunkin' donuts and the bakery shop of albertson's. i cannot believe what humans will put in their body without question just because it rests on shelves of supermarkets.
