Detour - thanks for the info. It is encouraging. I have not had a drink in about five years but I've never done a cleanse of any kind before either. So maybe the sulfites are coming up again. With the migraines, I worked with my doctor, fasting and eating specific items to determine what was causing the migraines. When I stopped eating those items, the migraines stopped. I start a new job on Monday and I'm off work this week. y husband and I are trying to get pregnant also. That's why I want to do the cleanse now. It's the best time for me.
