This is how I sometime feel about WT and others in the Christianity forum.   They are unwilling to acknowledge, basic historical, archaeolgical, scientific facts    They never address questions directly, and try to weasel out of every reasonable discussion.  Relying solely on a few ancient writings as their compass to what is true.    Reality never enters into the equation
