This is what I have been doing (more or less). Somer posted it a while ago.

Have 3 cups plain water standing by

Chug as much salt mixture as you can, chase with fresh. Chug and chase til ALL water is consumed. VOILA! A lot easier than chugging a full quart of salt water!!!"
