I know, it is too complicated to understand because our body chemistries are on an evolution within each one of us.

Got to be careful with those inorganics, they often contain heavy metals like mercury and lead. I think the USP spec is 10 ppm, which to me , is a lot. I don't need to ingest any more mercury !!!!!
