the kelp has been a great boon for me. its really helped to keep my body temperature up this winter, which is an issue i really struggle with as i am thin and live in a northern climate. i am a big kelp fan. i have been looking at various japanese seaweed products. man! those people do all sorts of crazy things with seaweed! all kinds of pastes and spreads and soups and gelatins, i am going to start purchasing some of these exotic seaweed products and trying them out.
