Agreed that "Kale, broccoli and others in the brassica family are great sources of organic form of alkaline earth metals" IF they are of very high quality...

I also agree that the complex WHOLE food is a much better and recognized source of nutrients to the body. This does not negate however what FF has stated, which I believe also has merit.
