I am looking to begin the cleanse, but am worried about the exercise aspect of it. I work out six days a week usually for three hours a day, interchanging weight training, cardio, and sports. What is the best way to work exercise in while on the cleanse? Will I lose muscle? How much is the most I should possibly exercise? I have read that weight training I should cut out, but how much and how intense should work outs be while on the diet?
