It's like peeling the layers of an onion
you've just been hitting new layers of toxins and they come out on our largest organ........the skin.......

keep going and once you've gotten the majority out your skin will clear up

Epsom Salts ---rubbed on affected area's while showering

Epsom Salt baths
Virgin Coconut oil......applied on affected areas after Epsom Salts
some people use:
clay baths--masks
ACV/Epsom baths

the ES/coconut oil did the trick for me and helped to contain the break outs and helped them to heal and the scars faded away as the epsoms exfoliated the skin.

it's a process, it's a roller coaster ride......but in the end.....it will be worth it :)
