Hello - From what you listed, I don't see any adverse reactions from the kidney cleanse herbs and the HUMAWORM herbs. It should be alright. However, if you feel you are taking too many supplements, just hold off on the kidney cleanse until after the HUMAWORM cleanse.

The swelling and bloating is probably die-off - keep drinking 2 quarts of water per day and make sure you keep your bowels working too.
