MRSA (Methycilin Resistant Staphylococcus Auerus) is Antibiotic resistant and causing a lot of problems in hospitals and with doctors. I hope that yours was not of this strain and I am aware of a new latest Antibiotic (cannot remember the name) that could eradicate it.

However, I am aware of a probiotic containing a lactic bacteria Enterococcus faecalis TH10 that has been shown invitro to inhibit and possible treat MRSA. It is also effective invitro agains VRSA and E Coli 0157. There are all known Antibiotic resistant bacteria amongst others.

This probiotic has been used very successfully with diabetic patients who has severe infection of their toes. It has helped a few where the toes or foot having turned black (gangrene) to recover and avoid amputation. Lactic bacteria produces natural Antibiotics that are anti-septic to many pathogenic bacteria and this is one area you might want to consider.
