Hi everyone

Been OPing for about a week now, and I must admit, I have more energy, am happier doing my work (yes, it's true, keep finding myself smiling when I have nothing to smile about!), have more stamina, am calmer, sleeping better, can concentrate better, to name just a few things that Ive noticed already that I can hardly believe could be down to this simple procedure!

However, Im wondering about cleaning my teeth. THere was a thread a week or so ago about cleaning with soap. ARe we talking about regular toilet soap? As in a bar of handsoap, like lux, or dove? SEems a bit odd, but if anyone could point me in the right direction, I shall run out and get what is required.
