I would suggest warm compresses and frequent massage.

If there is infection you could take oregano oil instead of antibiotic.

Take 7 drops 3x per day for about 5-7 days. You can either mix in orange juice or on a teaspoon of pure extra virgin olive oil (cold pressed)
