Ok thanx guys. I have stopped the p and b shakes today because I've had no bowel movement still today, getting pretty bad constipation. I'm doing a Liver Flush today tho as planned which will probably clean me out a bit. Also with the p&b shakes I wasn't hydrating the powder properly, just stirring it into the water, so this probably definately may be causing congestion.

Maybe I do need to do some enemas, do they help regularity? Its so frustrating, no matter what I do I can't seem to get some regularity in my bowel movements.
