well I've been oil pulling for about a week. I have a little gap between my 2 bottom teeth and I could see it. See I get plaque build up there even if I floss and the only way to get rid of that hard stuff is with a small hard pointy object...like a bobby pin. It seems that pullling is just eating away at it...that's amazing!!! My teeth are becoming so clean!! ok that's all...just excited!
