It may not be a sign of weakness, but a strength. The Creator gave out talents in different areas to each of us differently. Lacking emotions can be a great strength, but just be sure you can understand those of others well enough to play along the game and not be painfully improper. As the others have written, it could be a nutrient issue, of course, but, not being emotional is potentially a trait of a great leader.
