excellent points wombat... however,

My life and world has not changed much in the last 2 years, BUT my joy for life has jumped through the roof; 2 years ago I was in countdown mode to the end.

Cleanses? Diet? Exercise? Sun (never wear sunglasses)? Barefeet? maybe a little of these, but mostly in making the choice to change the way I look at life, and just simply live.

Today is the best day ever! :-)
