My 22nd Liver Flush (clark's every time) produced 413 stones the largest being the size of kix cereal. However, I have had 1 inch diameter before as well as lost of "sluff" stuff. I have also had two identical things come out (I wish I had saved them for analysis)because I believe were tumors. They were black, round about 1 inch in diameter and 1/4 inch high, with a point in the middle with lines coming out of that point and going around to the back. Anyway, I saw a picture on a veterinary's site just like what came out of me and it was a cancerous tumor from an animal. Anyway, after this last flush with over 400, I, like you, think I need to continue. Don't know if I will do the pint of oil, since I can barely do the 1/2 cup. I might try castor oil packs before and drinking more apple juice the days before the flush to push more out. I have had numerous 1-1 1/2 inch long narrow stones which I now know to have been stuck in my ducts! The greatest thing about all of this is how much better I feel! When I first started over two years ago I was soooooo sick, tired, and in a great deal of pain in my chest area that I had been dealing with on and off for four and a half years. It finally got to where it hurt 24/7 even with the Zantac 150 twice a day the doctor had perscribed. The doctors were running every test imaginable and when they mentioned gall bladder, I went to the internet and found Clark's cleanse and decided it couldn't hurt me so I tried it and from the very first day I have not had that horrible pain!!! I also had arthritis, back ache, knee ache, burning pain in right hip, sinus problems, alergies, dry patches of skin, itchy skin, red cheeks, ear aches, insomnia, anxiety, Depression all of which have disappeared! How about you? What made you do the first one? Was also wondering how old you are ... I am 55.
